RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:
Jennifer Evans Designs will gladly accept returns/ exchanges within 14
days of the receipt of merchandise for items purchased through our
website. Items that are returned within the 14 day period will be
refunded to your credit card upon receipt of the goods minus any
applicable shipping charges. Any items returned after the 14 day
period will be issued merchandise credit. If you see something that
you would like to exchange your return for, please contact us at
orders@jenniferevansdesigns.com.
Sale merchandise and custom orders are considered FINAL SALE. Please
select wisely.
We are sorry, but items purchased through other retail stores are
non-returnable to JE Designs. Please contact the store that you
purchased your item at for their return policy. Any items purchased
via our website are not returnable to any of our retail stores.
If you would like to return regular priced merchandise that you
purchased at jenniferevansdesigns.com, please email us at
orders@jenniferevansdesigns.com and we will issue you a return
authorization number and return address information. We will confirm
the return once it is received. All pieces must be returned unworn and
in perfect condition. Returns must be packaged securely with
sufficient packing materials and insured for the retail value of the
piece. Please note that JE Designs is not responsible for returned
items that are damaged because of poor packaging or that are lost or
stolen in the mail. Please insure your package.
SHIPPING OPTIONS :
All items are shipped insured via UPS ground with a tracking number
for a flat rate of $8. Expedited shipping is available by request. All
packages will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. At
this time we can only ship within the US.
Repair Policy
Due to the delicate nature of JE Designs jewelry, damage may occur
during the lifetime of the piece. We are happy to repair your jewelry
free of charge when damage occurs due to normal wear within 1 year of
purchase. Any items purchased at a discount or purchased previous to
the 1 year time period may incur a nominal repair fee. For questions
about repairs, please contact us at repairs@jenniferevansdesigns.com
Please direct any repairs purchase from retail stores to that retail
store. Jenniferevansdesigns.com will only handle direct sale repairs. |
